Hi, I’m Krista!
Thanks for taking the time to visit! My name is Krista, mama to Greta + Archie + baby boy (ETA Jan 2023), wife to Nick, and I’m pretty proud of the life we’ve built together. Our home is in Lakeville, Minnesota.
I started my photography journey as a way to capture my own life, mainly travels and those cute little kiddos. On this journey, I found that I LOVE the bright and colorful qualities of natural light photography.
In addition to photographer, I’m a full-time hospital pharmacist + airman in the WI Air National Guard . I absolutely hit the lottery with my day job at the hospital…and fully enjoy the added perks of health insurance and that predictable income that pays those dreaded student loans. My problem? I like all of the things, and I just can’t pick one! Hospital pharmacy fulfills my constantly thinking brain, and photography lets me focus on my creative side!
So the fact that I have multiple careers? That’s what makes me unique! I’m a photographer doing this thing because it’s a passion of mine, not a necessary income stream. I truly want to deliver timeless photos that you can look back on for years to come. Because if you’re like me, it’s special to grab an old photo album off the shelf, and page on through, and let the memories pour back. If you’re like me, you love those Facebook memories popping up, reminding you of what you what life looked like back then.
